PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB AND CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANIZATION:
This position reports to Account Management Team Lead providing sales support regarding underwriting scenario requests, field calls for technical support, loan status and all miscellanies support needed to successfully manage transactions through to purchase.
ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must comply with all BSA/AML requirements as well as any mandatory changes. The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The associate will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities requested by the manager. Job duties may change as required by needs of company. Must complete all required industry and compliance training as required by Plaza Home Mortgage.
- Respond to sales team inquires promptly.
- Resolves file issues with the appropriate area, i.e. underwriting, purchasing.
- Analyze loan scenarios for potential new loans.
- Ability to respond to questions regarding all phases of the correspondent loan process.
- Provides training and support for file delivery.
- Assists set-up and performs Jr. Underwriter tasks as assigned.
